Is there such a thing as a "non-custom helmet"?

Because of all the color and feature options, every Cascade helmet is technically a "custom" helmet. But that doesn't mean they're "exclusive" to certain players. Cascade makes it easy to get a helmet set up for your unique needs, whether you're just starting out or are building your legacy.

How long will it take for my helmet to ship?

Once a helmet order is submitted we get right to work. Cascade strives to maintain a 2 to 3 business day turnaround on all helmets and goggles

What happens if my helmet doesn’t fit?

The best way to ensure a helmet fits properly is to try it on.  If this isn’t possible, review the sizing guide to help make the best decision for you. Helmets are custom, made to order, and not returnable.  Customer Support can be contacted for further inquiries.

How many helmets can I order at one time?

CascadeMaverik.com does hold a 3 helmet maximum on orders.  For team orders, contact an authorized Cascade dealer.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by following your unique link in your Shipment Confirmation email.
